Please join us for an initial conversation/kick off brainstorming session on the creation of a repository of subject headings and terms to use in replacement of insensitive terms from LCSH.  This came out of one of the OLA TSRT sponsored sessions titled "What's in a name?" where we looked at ways to include more inclusive language within our catalogs.  The next step to this conversation was a way to share a running list (or repository) of terms libraries across Oregon have identified to change, as well as the replacement terms identified.
