 Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon is excited to invite
applications for a Circulation and User Services Lead (Library Technician
3) to join our Access Services team at Hannon Library!

The Circulation and User Services Lead position is one of three full-time
classified staff in the Access Services Department that reports directly to
the Access Services and Assessment Librarian. This position manages
operations at the Circulation Desk by assisting library patrons, managing
patron accounts, coordinating staffing at the Circulation Desk, and
supervising Circulation student employees.This unique role provides plenty
of opportunities to learn and collaborate with other areas of Access
Services, as well as other library departments, to fulfill our very
important goal of excellent public service to our patrons.
