[Libs-Or] Online Training Opportunities for October

Greetings!

This month I'm pleased to announced that the Continuing Education LibGuide<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/conted/> has been redesigned to better help you find online training resources:


  *   The home page<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/conted/> continues to provide an overview of resources available to Oregon library workers (paid for with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services through LSTA as administered by the State Library).

  *   A new Calendar of Events<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/conted/free#s-lib-ctab-24120710-1> page has been created. It includes the list of events compiled by the Wyoming State Library and offerings from the State Library that are related to the programs and services we offer. Below the calendar is a list of online/virtual conferences as well.

  *   An updated navigation scheme to make it easier to find resources.

Moving forward, instead of providing a long listing of training events each month, new content and highlighted training events will be in the body of the email. The usual list of events compiled from the Wyoming State Library will be attached as a PDF document (which can also be downloaded from the Calendar of Events<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/conted/free#s-lib-ctab-24120710-1> page).
