Lessons from the field of business process management can help streamline library workflows and make them more efficient. This workshop will cover the principles of business process management and steps that can be taken to improve the efficiency of library processes.

Learning objectives include:
*             Understanding how to create a process system for your library
*             Creating a plan to evaluate processes
*             Developing a workflow for implementing your process improvement plan
