[Libs-Or] Suggestions for building a website

Hi all,

Sorry for cross posting.

I am looking to build a website for the library I work at. We are very
small and don't get a lot of funding from the city. What are your
suggestions for websites? I would prefer free, but would consider paying if
the price was cheap enough.
