Good morning,

 

I have several questions about library card applications.

 

1.     Do you file and keep hard copy applications?

2.     Do you scan and keep a digital copy of the application?

3.     If you do either of these how often do you clean out the files?

4.     Do you allow cards to be set up in person while asking the questions
of the patron?

5.     Do you have online applications?

6.     Are patrons required to somehow sign online applications?
