Hello all,
I’m writing to share that Oregon Tech’s Portland Metro campus library is seeking an Administrative Program Specialist: https://jobs.oit.edu/postings/5316
Details from the posting:
This position offers support for the unique nature of staffing and support across the campus at the Portland Metro campus of Oregon Tech while still offering library or program specific tasks such as ILS and ILL processes. This position will also focus on supporting Oregon Tech’s Textbook Affordability Program by maintaining data collection and data analysis. This position will also maintain data collection and analysis for the Portland-Metro and Klamath Falls campus libraries. This person will be the lead for student employees in the library.
The Portland Metro Campus Library is in the Oregon Tech campus building in Wilsonville, Oregon. The Portland Metro library works closely with the Oregon Tech library in Klamath Falls to provide integrated LMS services, reference and research support, instructional outreach, and data collection and analysis. The Portland Metro Library collaborates closely with other Portland Metro campus departments such as tutoring, testing, and academic departments to facilitate student success. While the Portland Metro campus library has a small collection, it does provide access to critical STEM specific equipment to support tech focused programs at the campus, as well as computer stations, study rooms on multiple floors, and a warm, inviting space to relax and study.
Apply online at https://jobs.oit.edu/postings/5316.
Thanks!
