[Libs-Or] help finding a specific winter documentary

Hi library friends,

I need some help with a reference question that's a little outside of my area. A non-librarian colleague of mine is trying to find a documentary that she checked out of the library in what she's guessing was 2001 or 2002. The documentary was about how different cultures around the world deal with long winters and darkness. She remembers that it featured an older couple who talked about lighting up various rooms in their house and that there was a section on the Sami.

If this rings a bell for anyone or you have any wise suggestions on film databases, please let me know.
