The Portland Community College Library is hiring a Library Supervisor. The
Library Supervisor reports to the Library Access Services Manager and is
responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Access Services
department at the Cascade Library in North Portland.

The Library Supervisor schedules and supervises Access Services staff,
works with internal and external campus partners, and is responsible for
managing an assigned functional area across the district (stacks, resource
sharing, course reserves, or equipment). The Library Supervisor works
cooperatively with all library employees (managers, classified staff, and
faculty) to build an environment that communicates inclusivity and inspires
a sense of belonging and collaboration in a diverse community of staff and
students. This position also works closely with the other campus
Supervisors and the Access Services Manager to deliver consistent and
equitable services to library users in order to fulfill the Library and
College missions.

We are looking for a leader who will bring a diversity of identity,

*Position Grade: *F

*Starting Salary Expectations: *Minimum $51,895 to range midpoint of
$63,570.

*Position Grade Salary Range: *$51895 to $75248 Annual Salary.
