[OLA Mentor]

Have you recently been through a transition in your career? Are you seeking
support and guidance to reach your professional goals? Are you looking for
an opportunity to share your experience and to give back to the Oregon
library community?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, mentorship might be right
for you!

The OLA mentor match program matches potential mentees who are seeking
support at any stage in their career (from starting out to retirement) with
a mentor who has five or more years of experience.
