*Nontraditional Reference and Readers’ Advisory*
Did COVID change how you approached reference and readers’ advisory in your
library? Spencer
Ellis and the team at Jackson County Library Services found new approaches
to reference and he will
share those ideas with you during this presentation. He’ll focus on the use
of unusual formats,
passive programs, and take & makes, to enhance your reference services.
>From blog posts to
addressing common reference questions, this presentation will help you find
creative ways to meet
the needs and goals of your patrons, especially marginalized communities
and staff.
