[Libs-Or] Streaming music

Hello Libs-or:

For a small library, we have a decent selection of music on compactdisc.  
Circulation is abysmal.
Have any public libraries abandoned, or plan on abandoning,their CD music collections?
We may not have a line item next FY.

I am curious to hear people's thoughts on the future of music delivery.
