[Libs-Or] Learning Express Decisions after SLO Announcement

Hi folks,
I'm curious what other libraries have decided to do with Learning Express now that it has been dropped from SLO's spread of free-to-us database offerings. Have you decided to keep it or let it go? What went into this decision?

I'm happy to speak "offline" if you'd prefer.
