System Coordinator.

The ILS Coordinator is the library’s main contact with the ILS vendor,
coordinating operations, maintenance, upgrades, and communications between
the vendor and the library. This full-time position serves as the library’s
representative in resolving problems; making sure the vendor understands
the library’s business needs and that those business needs are reflected in
