Did you know that the U.S. Census Bureau<https://www.census.gov/> has extensive data on the Hispanic population in the U.S.? As we celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, please join us at our upcoming webinar, State of Hispanics and Improving Educational Equity, on Tuesday, October 17th at 11am – 12:30pm PT.

We will provide a brief overview of the Hispanic population in the U.S. You will also learn about two data tools you can use to access and download American Community Survey data for your analysis of Hispanic trends. Our guest speaker, Professor López Turley, Director of the Kinder Institute for Urban Research<https://kinder.rice.edu/> at Rice University, will provide information on efforts to address educational equity for the Hispanic community.
