[Libs-Or] Patron purchase suggestion numbers

Hello folks,
I'm curious how many purchase suggestions you allow individual patrons to make. Do you have a budget just for these items or a % of your budget you are willing to put towards them? How big is your collections department?

Our numbers are unsustainable for the size of our department and budget, so I want to get a better picture of what others are doing.
