[Libs-Or] Bike lockers at libraries?

We are in the early stages of exploring the possibility of installing bike lockers and are wondering if any other libraries have installed them. If so, we are hoping you can answer a few questions for us, so we can make an informed decision:

What kind do you have (brand and style if you know)?
Do they work well?
Are they well used?
What policies did you set in place?
What are the problems or unintended consequences, and how do you address them?
