The University of Portland Clark Library, with its collegial environment and commitment to excellent service, seeks applicants for a full-time, non-exempt InterLibrary Loan Coordinator.



This position reports to the Head of Public Services and is responsible for managing resource sharing and document delivery for the University of Portland with libraries across the world. The ILL coordinator performs a variety of skilled technical duties and is the functional expert for the library’s software systems specific to Interlibrary Loan and document delivery. This position supervises one to two student employees and works collaboratively with other library departments, as well as students, staff, and faculty. The coordinator also occasionally interacts with vendors and outside agencies.
