[Libs-Or] Reminder: Horner Library Exchange applications due 1/16

This is a reminder that applications for the Horner Library Staff Exchange,
a program of the International Relations Round Table of OLA, are due in one
week on Tuesday 1/16/2024. This exchange welcomes librarians from Oregon's
sister province, Fujian, China, in May and then Oregon will send delegates
to Fujian in October. This is a fantastic opportunity for librarians and
library staff who have an interest in international librarianship.
