Have there been intellectual freedom challenges at your library or school? The State Library encourages you to report them to us!
* What to report: Challenges to materials, programs, policies, and services. We’re currently collecting reports of incidents that occurred between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024.
* How to report: Complete a form<https://www.cognitoforms.com/StateLibraryOfOregon/intellectualfreedomincidentreportform> for each incident by July 31. Reports are confidential unless you tell us otherwise. You can choose to include your name and contact information if you would like to be contacted for support.
* Why report: We use your reports to compile an annual report<https://libguides.osl.state.or.us/c.php?g=843530&p=6029009#s-lg-box-wrapper-22490343> that summarizes challenges in our state. We also report data to the ALA Office of Intellectual Freedom<https://www.ala.org/aboutala/offices/oif>.

Unsure about whether something rises to the level of being worth reporting? Report it anyway. The more information we have, the better picture we can paint about the intellectual freedom landscape in Oregon.
