[Libs-Or] Tech upgrade RFP

Hello, all,

We hope to upgrade our main meeting room with mounted and portable cameras, multiple microphones, video switcher, etc. in order to create more professional in person/Zoom/streaming content.

If anyone has done a similar type of project, I'm hoping you would be willing to share your RFP. I'm also interested in knowing if you worked an ORPIN vendor.
