Hi all,

A reminder that now is the time to submit your program session ideas for our 2025 OLA Conference, "Oregon Libraries United: Navigating Change."

The deadline for program session submissions is October 26.

Lead presenters will be notified of session status/results by January 11 at the latest, with communication beginning in late fall.

The 2025 OLA Conference will be held in Eugene from Wednesday, April 23 through Friday, April 25.

Details are included on the form. When you complete the form, be ready with contact information, a working program title, a short (about 100 words) description, and an idea of program length.

Please note your basic technology needs in the form. If your session is dependent on a certain type of space or equipment, note that. Reach out to us at any time with questions and ideas.

This year, we are promoting more variety in session lengths and are interested in everything from lightning talks to longer presentations. We are excited to receive proposals with practical and theoretical focuses.
