[Libs-Or] IFC meeting Friday - cancelled

Hi all,
The regularly scheduled IFC meeting, scheduled for this coming Friday from
9:30-11:30 will be cancelled, pending a new date / time for September.  We
will inform you all once a new date is confirmed.
