[Libs-Or] forest service permit

Hi Sami,

Oregon Parks and Recreation Department sent us some free state park day use
permits that we're adding to our inventory. Perhaps that was what the
person checked out. Jason Resch is the contact person for them and he can
be reached at jason.resch at oprd.oregon.gov.
