Librarian II - Circulation Librarian


The Newberg Public Library is seeking a full-time Circulation Supervisor to join our management team and lead our stellar Circulation team. The successful candidate will excel at customer service, enjoy working on a team, and have supervisory experience of at least 2 years. This position supervises four staff members and two on-call staff members.



The Circulation Supervisor regularly leads staff in performing quality control activities related to the library collection, generates Integrated Library System reports to ensure data integrity, and works with staff and volunteers to assist with Circulation functions. The Circulation Supervisor works closely with the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service and serves on the Circulation committee.



This position reports to the Library Director and is part of the management team, which meets weekly to provide support, feedback, and direction for the library.
