Hi all,
Just wanted to confirm that yes, the De-escalation Training presented by
Trauma Healing Project on Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 6 p.m. is four
hours! It's a wonderful, super valuable training that not all of our
libraries are able to provide to their staff, so as part of our keynote
this year, we're working with Trauma Healing Project to make that training
available to conference attendees.
A reminder for all folks attending that you can float among different
sessions, trade notes and resources with each other, and watch recordings
of some sessions after the fact. Please don't feel like you need to stay
glued to a chair if there are two (or more) things happening simultaneously
that spark interest for you.
Let me know what questions you have and we'll see many of you very soon!
Best,
*Taylor Worley* (she/her)
