This leadership role will guide our Partnerships Team in advancing community engagement, expanding access to library services, and strengthening relationships across Washington County, OR. We’re seeking a candidate who is committed to access, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a strong background in partnership development.

Salary Range: $92,718 – $112,644 annually
Work Type: Full Time, Flexible/Hybrid
