Happy (almost) January, Oregon Library Community!
I am excited to welcome in 2026 with a Welcoming Oregon Libraries: Monthly Resources<https://slo.oregon.gov/CommunityEngagement/WelcomingOregonLibraries> list for January. You can find information on upcoming trainings and webinars, learning opportunities, grant and scholarship information, items to reflect on, and more - the perfect way to kick off a brand-new year. The PDF version of this month, and previous months, can also be found via this same page.
My schedule will be limited during the month of January as I wrap up a year-long commitment I have been working towards during 2025. I look forward to returning to a regular schedule in February, as well as sharing updates on any potential changes to the monthly General DEI Meetup and virtual affinity groups which are on pause during the month of January.
