[Libs-Or] Children's Services Division Scholarships to OLA Conference

The Children's Services Division (CSD) of the Oregon Library Association
(OLA) is offering scholarships of up to $1,000 to help CSD members attend
the OLA Conference in Eugene, OR, from April 23-25, 2025. The funds can be
used for conference registration, travel, lodging, and meals.

Preference will be given to:

   1.

   Applicants from diverse or underrepresented groups
   2.

   Applicants working with underserved communities
   3.

   Applicants who have not received a CSD scholarship before
   4.

   Applicants from small or rural institutions with limited funding

Scholarship recipients must:

   -

   Be a current CSD/OLA member, or become one
   -

   Cover any extra costs for family or friends attending with them
   -

   Provide receipts for travel and meal expenses
   -

   Complete a short survey after the conference
   -

   Agree to share what they learned with CSD members, such as presenting at
   a workshop, writing an article, serving on the board, or other professional
   development activities.
