[Libs-Or] IFC meeting - new time

Happy February everyone.

OLA's intellectual freedom committee meetings are moving to the 2nd Friday
of each month (same as before) at a new time: *1pm-3pm*. The public portion
of the meeting will begin around 2pm. Any and all are welcome to attend.
Guests will be placed in a waiting room prior to joining the meeting.

ask a question about an intellectual freedom issue, please email the chairs
