As libraries continue to explore ways to support access to online services in their communities, I wanted to draw attention to the tools offered by the Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource Center<https://nrtrc.org/>. (NRTRC)

In partnership and with the support of health professionals, this center provides tools and learning opportunities for those assisting individuals using telehealth services and patient portals. Here are a few of the resources they provide ...

Fact Sheets<https://telehealthresourcecenter.org/resources/fact-sheets/>

  * Point and Learn: Patient Portal Icons Guide <https://telehealthresourcecenter.org/resources/fact-sheets/point-and-learn-patient-portal-icons-guide/>
***Note that NRTRC is vendor agnostic, but has brought together vendor-based guides to help navigate the variety of portals used in the health care industry.
