[Libs-Or] Sigma Nu caller

Our library has received several calls from someone claiming to be
conducting a rush activity to join Sigma Nu. For the rush activity, they
ask the librarian questions. They have claimed to be from PSU and OSU. PSU
does not have a Sigma Nu chapter, and the OSU chapter is not having anyone
do this as a rush activity.

I thought I would put this out there in case anyone else has gotten these
phone calls.
