Hello Oregon libraries,
My coworker and I are considering submitting a conference proposal for the
OLA/PNLA conference about public library tutoring programs for K-12
students that utilize volunteers (not tutor.com or Brainfuse, but people
from the local community). We have a very successful virtual tutoring
program that we do weekly on Zoom, but we'd love to do a panel presentation
and include libraries who offer other models (scheduled tutoring slots at
the library, drop in, etc). Does your library offer such a program for K-12
students? Would you be interested in being on a panel at the conference? If
so, please reach out to me.
Many thanks!
Jackie
