[Libs-Or] Newspapers.com Library Edition/Proquest Contact

Hello Collective Brain,

I am trying to get my library set up with a Newspapers.com Library Edition subscription.  I have contacted sales at Proquest via their web form multiple times.  I also tried leaving voicemail at their main number but have been unable to get a reply.  Does anyone using the product have a specific sales person I can try instead?
