[Libs-Or] Step It Up - OHSU walking group implementation toolkit for libraries

Hi all,
I'm helping researchers at OHSU get the word out about a new toolkit they have created for rural libraries interested in creating community walking groups. The toolkit was based on a study funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research, and the Siuslaw Public Library District participated in their study/pilot program.
