[Libs-Or] Study Room Reservations

We added study rooms to our newly renovated library.  We are struggling a bit with how to allow/manage reservations for these spaces.  We are looking for ideas.

We are currently using a Google Calendar for keeping track of reservations.  We also have an Outlook calendar option.  Are any of you using one of these options or some other software solutions and what do you like and dislike about them?

We are also looking at a product called Joan<https://getjoan.com/> for handling the reservations with a calendar we are already using.  They have an ePaper hardware sign that mounts near the door to show when a space is booked or available.  Is anyone using this product or something similar?  Currently we are using printed signs.

We would also be interested in policies you have about use of study spaces.  Links to these policies would be greatly appreciated.
