<P>A gentleman asked if he could leave is religious tract bookmarks in a conspicuous spot in the library. My basic thought was, No; and so was that of the library board. </P>
<P>I asked our City Administrator what to do. He wondered if we had a policy regarding our information rack. No, we don't. So what I would like, is to find out if your library does, and if we have your permission to use it, with wording to fit our situation. </P>
