conduct the State Librarian’s annual performance evaluation and will hear
recommendations from the Library Services Act Advisory Council about grant

also consider recommendations from the Talking Book and Braille Services
Advisory Council, deliberate on the Library’s Affirmative Action Plan for
2009-11, and conduct the annual review of agency head financial
