<p class="MsoPlainText">Our Library is interested in sending publicity to patrons about individual programs – the way Peachjar works for schools, where patrons sign up to receive e-mails, and staff post a flier or information to be sent by e-mail to those who
 signed up.  Have any of you used an e-mail based publicity system such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or Constant Contact to publicize library programs for children, youth, or adults?  Or do you use Twitter?  How effective has it been for you?  How do patrons sign up
