Now in its eighth year, Seguimos Creando Enlaces, a free conference
sponsored by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) through the
California State Library, will gather librarians from the United States
and Mexico on March 14<sup>th</sup> at the San
Diego Central Library in San Diego, CA and <font face="Lucida Sans Unicode">March 15<sup><font size="2">th</font></sup> at Universidad Iberoamericana in Tijuana, B.C., Mex</font>. The theme this year is:
