</span></b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1F4E79">Conflict plays an enormous role in our work experience. Our fighting style and personality strengths impact our workplace culture. This three hours, hand-on workshop will equip participants
with a common language around conflict, and best practices for clear communication. We will unpack beliefs about boundaries, discuss our understanding of rules and responsibilities, and practice challenging conversations in a non-threatening environment. These
workshops are presented by Karin Peabody from Dynamic Teaming.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
