<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We don't have administrative fees as such, although we do have several internal service funds for departments that essentially exist to serve other departments, primarily IT and the City shop. We pay about 55k
a year for internal IT services (including scheduled replacement of computer workstations -- printers, library-specific software, etc. come out of another budget line), and about 2,500/year for maintenance of our van. The other deparments, like HR and Finance,
do not charge for their services.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
