[Local-Gov-News] Proposed Administrative Rule

Oregon State Treasury has proposed a new Administrative Rule which
outlines the procedures that will be followed in the event that an
Oregon depository, holding public funds, is closed by the Comptroller of
the Currency or the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business
Services. The statutory authority is ORS 295.105.
