[MyOEBB] MyOEBB System Plan Codes for 2013-14

[MyOEBB system updates]

Hello,

Last Thursday, the Board approved new medical plans for ODS/Moda Health.  With this adoption OEBB staff will begin making some changes in MyOEBB to accommodate the new medical plans.

OEBB will expire the following plans along with their codes in MyOEBB as of 9/30/2013:

ODS Medical Plan 3
ODS Medical Plan 4
ODS Medical Plan 5
ODS Medical Plan 6
ODS Medical Plan 7
ODS Medical Plan 8
ODS Medical Plan 9

OEBB staff will implement new medical plans in MyOEBB for the 2013-14 plan year available through Moda Health:

Moda Health Medical Plan A
Moda Health Medical Plan B
Moda Health Medical Plan C
Moda Health Medical Plan D
Moda Health Medical Plan E
Moda Health Medical Plan F
Moda Health Medical Plan G
Moda Health Medical Plan H

OEBB will create new plan codes for each of the above Moda Health medical plans.  OEBB staff understand that some entities use the MyOEBB plan codes in their payroll/benefit systems for deductions or reconciliation of invoices.  Since this is a practice for at least some entities, we wanted to let you know that OEBB staff will be updating MyOEBB with the new plans and plan codes.  OEBB will have these codes available for your educational entity via Excel spreadsheet by May 15th.  Please contact our Benefits Inbox for a copy of the new codes at oebb.benefits at state.or.us<mailto:oebb.benefits at state.or.us> on or after May 15th.   We hope this email gives you enough time to take any steps needed to transition the new codes in your systems for the October 1, 2013, effective date.

Please let us know if you have any additional needs, concerns, or questions as we want to make this as smooth of a transition as possible.

All other plan codes will remain the same, including the plan codes for all the Kaiser medical, dental and vision plans, Moda Health dental and vision plans, and all the plan codes for The Standard and Unum plans.
