[MyOEBB system updates]

The Oregon Educators Benefit Board filed a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking with the Secretary of State on June 15, 2015.
Division 30 - Plan Design Development and Selection (Bronze Medical Plan Offering) - 111-030-0011 - In order to assist OEBB participating entities with meeting the Shared Responsibility provision of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the OEBB Board has approved the offering of a bronze level medical plan to certain individuals that meet strict requirements. The proposed rule language defines who is eligible and what the limitations are. Temporary rule language was filed on April 28, 2015.

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them.  If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in Salem, Oregon at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, on July 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. You may also file written comments before 5:00 p.m. on July 31, 2015 at the following address:

All public comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31 to be considered during the rulemaking process. Any comments received after July 31 will not be reviewed or considered by the Oregon Educators Benefit Board unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
