RE:                 Notice of Temporary Rulemaking for OAR chapter 111, Division 5, Procurement and Contracting for Benefit Plans and Services

OEBB is temporarily amending OARs 111-005-0010 through 111-005-0080 pertaining to Procurement and Contracting . These temporary amendments are effective June 10, 2016.

With several RFP's currently in the planning stages, OEBB's rules are temporarily updated to reflect current state of Oregon contracting standards and best practices.

This rulemaking is effective through December 6, 2016. It is OEBB's intention to begin the process to make these rules permanent.
