[MyOEBB] Corrected Agenda - May 19th OEBB BIE Meeting

[MyOEBB system updates]

It has come to my attention that the header on the agenda previously distributed contained an old incorrect date. The agenda items in the body of the document have not changed, but I've attached a version with the header corrected, just to clear up any confusion. Hope you will join us tomorrow!

What: OEBB's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Group Meeting - (agenda attached)
When: Third Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. - noon (no meetings August or September) - Meeting length may vary based on that month's agenda items. We reserve two hours as a maximum.
Where: Join from any computer via webinar (use registration link in the invitation above - you will receive an email with login instructions)
Who & Why: The purpose of the BIE Meeting is to facilitate communication between OEBB and participating entities. All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend. Please share this invitation with any appropriate coworkers who may not be on our listserv. Typical agenda items include a recap of that month's board meeting, a walk-through of one or two reports in Report Mart, and updates on upcoming MyOEBB system modifications and member communications. We also invite questions and suggestions on any topics you would like to discuss.
How: Register for the webinar series using the link in the invitation above. You will receive an email containing webinar log-in information as well as a link to add the meetings to your calendar.
