[MyOEBB] Reminder: OEBB emails ending in "@oregon.gov" have been disabled

Dear Superintendents, Business Managers, and Benefits Administrators -

Just a reminder that OEBB's old email addresses ending in "@oregon.gov" were disabled today. (For more details, please reference the announcement email from April 27th below.) Emails addressed to OEBB must use addresses ending in "@state.or.us" now. Please be sure to review any forms or template letters you may have saved prior to this change and ensure all OEBB email addresses have been updated appropriately.

Due to the OEBB website migration currently underway, some forms containing the old addresses may still be online. We are working to update these as soon as possible, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

OEBB staff email addresses ending in "@oregon.gov" will expire May 31, 2017. All OEBB staff email addresses now end in "@state.or.us". Our previous addresses ending in "@oregon.gov" will continue to forward to us through the end of May. To ensure uninterrupted communications, please update your address books to reflect the new "@state.or.us" addresses for all OEBB staff and general inboxes and begin using them immediately. For example, please use oebb.benefits at state.or.us<mailto:oebb.benefits at state.or.us> to reach Member Services.

Messages sent to "@oregon.gov" addresses after May 31, 2017 will not be delivered.

You may notice a longer address in the "From" field of our messages (@dhsoha.state.or.us) but the "dhsoha" part is not needed. Please use @state.or.us to keep things simple.
