[MyOEBB] State of Oregon is experiencing network outages

The State of Oregon is experiencing intermittent network issues in areas of applications, phones and email.  They are actively working on the issues but we do not know when they expect everything to be resolved.

We will not do our open enrollment rollover until issues have been resolved.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
