[MyOEBB] Email going to members 11 a.m. today - WW info & webinar

Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers & Superintendents:

At 11 a.m. today, OEBB will send the email message shown below to all members currently enrolled in an OEBB medical plan, EXCEPT those who have “unsubscribed” from the OEBB Wellness Messages email list. If members wish to not receive messages of this nature, there is an unsubscribe link in the footer for their convenience.

There are three main points highlighted in this email:

  *   For members age 18 and older, WW (Weight Watchers Reimagined) has a new, more personalized approach to their program, called myWW, available at no cost with OEBB medical plans.
  *   For members ages 10 – 17, WW now offers Kurbo, a program specifically for kids and teens teaching healthy life choices in an engaging mobile format, also available at no cost with OEBB medical plans.
  *   WW will host a webinar<https://event.on24.com/wcc/r/2157496/64571ADB69B4CC9568F2492583BF3178> specifically for OEBB members to learn about both of these options on Thursday, January 23, 2020 (3:30 – 4:15pm PST)<https://event.on24.com/wcc/r/2157496/64571ADB69B4CC9568F2492583BF3178>. Anyone interested is welcome to tune in, whether they already participate in WW or not.

Everyone who registers for the webinar will receive a link to the recording afterwards, so members are encouraged to register even if the date/time are not convenient. They can watch the recording anytime they like afterwards.

Please watch for this message. If you notice no one at your workplace receives it, your employer’s email system may be blocking it. This means all of OEBB’s messages are being blocked, not just those about wellness programs. Please let me know, so I can work with your IT staff to resolve the issue and get our messages delivered to members successfully.
